Joining Jovia Financial Credit Union in 2010, she progressed from Customer Service Representative to Senior Member Service Representative, consistently ranking in the top 5% for home equity line applications. Recognitions included Employee of the Month in 2013 and Highest Performer in Home Equity Lines of Credit in 2015.
In April 2016, Kapila assumed the role of Business Development Relationship Manager, showcasing exceptional skills in managing customer acquisition strategies. Her achievements include driving new member acquisition and initiating a partnership with a financial youth software company to launch Curio, a Jovia youth application.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kapila serves as the Treasurer of the Birchwood Civic Association, actively managing finances for community initiatives. Her diverse skills encompass being a Notary Public in New York State.
