WOW Community Guidelines

Welcome to Winning On Wednesday!

WOW grows through meaningful connections, generosity, and respect. These simple guidelines help everyone feel welcome and get the most from our weekly meetings.

Before You Join

  • Arrive early: Join Wednesdays at 10:45 AM ET for early networking. The meeting begins promptly at 11:00 AM ET.
  • New to WOW? Complete the Breaking the Ice form so we can welcome you and add your name to our membership list.
  • Introduce yourself: Add your name, business, and preferred contact details to the meeting chat. For help with the member directory, contact the WOW team at info@winningonwednesday.com.

During the Meeting

  • Be present: Once recording begins, please turn your camera on and keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking. Contact the host if you need an accommodation.
  • Share the time: Keep breakout-room introductions focused so everyone has a chance to speak. Schedule a one-to-one conversation when you would like more time to connect.
  • Celebrate others during the WOW Wave: Use our closing shout-outs for brief thank-yous, recommendations, and recognition of people you have worked with or connected with.
  • Share promotions in the chat: Put upcoming events, business specials, and other announcements in the chat so the WOW Wave stays focused on appreciation.
  • Lead with respect and generosity: Listen, welcome new participants, and look for ways to help others through introductions, resources, and shared expertise.

Stay Connected

  • Follow up with people you meet and schedule one-to-one conversations to build stronger relationships.
  • Connect with WOW on Facebook and YouTube, and ask the WOW team how to join the WhatsApp group.
  • Invite professionals who would enjoy contributing to our supportive business community.
