Lilian Rodriguez moved to United States from Dominican Republic in 1985. She was committed to pursuing her education and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology. Lilian has Property & Casualty Insurance licenses as well as Life & Health Insurance licenses. She is also New York State certified Notary Public.
She leaped in to entrepreneurship and opened her own business in 2001 when she became an Allstate Agent. Lilian obtained Allstate's Honor Ring in 2009 for surpassing the company's sales goals for that year. Allstate also awarded her the Hands in The Community Award for her involvement in her community in 2010. In 2011 the Nassau County Coordinating Agency for Spanish Americans (C.A.S.A.) recognized Lilian as one of the most successful Dominicans in the county.
After Hurricane Sandy devastated our area, Allstate Insurance Company choose Lilian to represent their agency force and, our Latin community, in a television commercial as an ambassador and representative of the company during the campaign to rebuild. This commercial is now used during the training process for new agents to the company as an example of how an agent should perform in the case a catastrophe strikes. In 2015 Raices Latino Americana's honored Lilian with a community award for her dedication to our community
She is an active Member of Freeport Chamber of Commerce, Freeport Networking Group, Troop 225 of the Boy Scouts of America and her local SEPTA Organization Chapter.
As a cancer survivor and mother of a special needs child, she devotes her free time as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and American Heart Association. Two very important causes she is committed to continue supporting. Lilian shares her life with her two loving sons Diego and Gabriel.
