I started attending Winning on Wednesdays in June 2020. About a year later, in July 2021, Marcelina Kadish and I met in a breakout room. Like I had done with many others over the previous year, I set up a 1-1 meeting with her.
Marcelina is a real estate broker, but her swing chair and high vibe set her apart from the others in the group. Marcelina is also an interior designer and Feng Shui expert and clearly understands many of the spiritual prosperity laws that I teach my clients.
When we had our 1-1 meeting, I found out more about Marcelina’s spiritual journey and her background. She is originally from Poland and still has family there. She goes back each summer with her boys to visit her sister and the rest of her family. One of her son’s is on the autistic spectrum and she learned from that experience the importance of managing your food intake properly. In fact, my changing his diet (and hers), they noticed a marked change in behavior!
After the meeting, I sent her a flyer that she could give to her prospective clients setting her apart from the competition. I offer 1-hour free prosperity coaching which includes what is a credit score, how to improve it, and the basics of real estate investing. I told her I could also help prospective clients overcome their fear of such a big commitment by helping them with their limiting beliefs about money and their overall money mindset.
Later in 2021, Marcelina and I had another conversation and she decided to sign up for my Money Miracles Membership to start 2022. Marcelina has been an active member in 2022 and has amassed almost 400 points in the rewards system (at 500 points, she gets 50% of my Infinite Peace and Prosperity course and, at 750 points, she earns a free prosperity coaching session).
In February 2022, I decided to sell my mom’s house in Massapequa Park (my Dad has passed away in July 2021 and my mom needed to move to an assisted living center). Marcelina was the obvious choice to sell it. She came to the house a few times and used her Feng Shui expertise to stage the house that my parents had lived in for 54 years.
The first weekend, we had more than 50 buyers showed up. We had multiple offers that first week! Within three weeks, we had an agreed upon price and within 8 weeks the house was sold and my Mom had made an easy transition to Sunrise at Fleetwood.
Marcelina also connected us with a lawyer, while another WOW member, Aimee Holtzman, recommended a mover and disposal crew. They took care of throwing out a lot of furniture that wasn’t sold in the estate sales in April.
Without Marcelina, the move definitely would not have been so smooth. She kept us up-to-date on the various stages of the sale and ensured that the whole process went smoothly—even though she had to be in Poland the week of the sale!
