Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Network Marketing Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of our network marketing business by providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing emails
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Coordinate and schedule team meetings and conference calls
Assist with the planning and execution of events and webinars
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
