Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Network Marketing Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of our network marketing business by providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing emails
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate and schedule team meetings and conference calls
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events and webinars
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
